Health and Fitness: A Different Kind of Busy!

So today was quite different from yesterday. I remained at home, but I had so much to catch up on, I really didn't know where to start. I had a class to attend, I had my marketing bootcamp work to do, and I had to monitor my time so I would not forget to eat today. Luckily, I ate on time and that never was a problem.

I did find it difficult to fit in my Power 90 Sweat 1-2 and Ab Ripper 200 routine. These days require an hour, at least, because I add in a 15 minute brisk walk to bring the time to an hour. Scheduling can often be difficult on days like this. I did it though. I worked hand over foot to get as much as I could done and I set aside and hour and fifteen minutes to workout.
