I decided to post my videos of myself working out to Power90. I wanted to hold myself accountable for this "journey" I am currently taking. What better way to motivate myself, even more, than to make my "journey" public. Then when people see me around in town, they can say, "hey, your the youtube guy." If I continue on my "journey," they'll be supportive. If I don't, they say, "your still fat!"
I had so much to do today. Online searches, doing my training, school, transporting children, washing clothes, picking up more children, exercising, etc. When days get like this, it is so easy to put off exercising or eating a healthy meal. We often push it aside and, out of convienence, go and eat a "fast-food" meal and say, "I'll rest today." For me, this is when the bad habits start coming back. It starts small, but then it becomes more and more frequent, until its an everyday occurance.
Luckily, I workedout at 7am. Even though I had some trouble with finding time to eat, I did find some time. I did go to McDonalds, but I got myself a side-salad...Good day for me!
