Health & Fitness - Finally there!

Wow, this week was a challenge to lose weight! I know I did the remarkable by losing 14 pounds in 3 weeks, but I have not been able to lose even a pound up until today. I was so discouraged. I had to tell myself that I needed to focus on my goal and that I was not only losing weight but gaining muscle at the same time. That definitely helped my mindset and kept me focused.

Well, Spring Break is finally here and this is going to be the biggest challenge for me during this 90 day Power90 program. Spring Break brings the nieces and nephews to our home, which means junk food and no exercise. I have to stay focused and ensure that I will continue towards my goals this Spring Break. I CANNOT fall off track. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
