Health & Fitness: My Aching Back

Something weird happened today. I woke up and felt sore. It was not as bad as I have experienced before, but it was weird because I did not do anything out of the ordinary yesterday. Odd huh! Well, as I began my ritual of setting up my training area, I tweeked my back. I was bending down to pick up something and boom I felt a sharp pain to left of my mid-back. I had to stand there for a few seconds and then the pain began to subside. It remained throughout my exercise and as I type this blog, I can feel it lingering.

My workout went well, considering I had that stitch in my back. I managed to make it through every exercise. 

My meals were the normal, cereal in the morning, a hearty sandwhich for lunch, and I'll be having one of my "Eat Right" Pizza's with a side salad.
