I always struggle with the Sweat exercise from Power 90. I definately do not enjoy the constant movement and trecherous routine. It's not that it is a bad routine. It's just not fun because I still struggle at certain parts of the exercise. Sometimes I need to take a quick breather to re-energize myself. I guess it's ok though. I still have two weeks left to master this level of Sculpt. Then it is on to the next level where everything gets more intense and more difficult. Oh joy!
Don't get me wrong. I actually am beginning to enjoy working out. Although this is a slow process, I can see some measurable differences in my body and some of my "bigger" clothes are beginning to feel lose. That in itself is a huge reward. But besides the clothes, I just feel good after working out. Getting started my be a problem, but as soon as I begin, I start to feel the energy build in my body and I am left with an abundance of energy that lasts throughout the day.
