Health and Fitness: Korean Chicken and Fried Rice!

My rest day is finally here! OHHH JOY! I still feel the urge to exercise. Is that weird? Kinda seems weird! I know I really should not work out. It won't help my body to recover. Its nice to just relax though. I don't miss the laziness.

I ate fairly well. Today, I treated myself to one enjoy meal. I had my normal healthy breakfast and lunch. For dinner I ate Fried Rice and Korean Chicken. Oh so good!
