Monday, Monday! Sometimes Monday's are one of the most challenging days of the week. Today was quite different. I had a lot of information to go through, but it went well. I ate healthy all day long and returned to the Power90 1-2 Sweat DVD. I enjoyed it thoroughly!
I have also decided to implement the full Power90 program into my weight goal. Although I don't quite have 90 days left in my weight goal, I definitely feel that Power90 will be a major stepping stone in my healthy life changes. I plan on implementing P90X when I complete the Power90 process. I'm soooo excited.
