Health and Fitness: Mornings!

So I promised myself that I was going to start working out early in the morning. Normally, I would wake up at 6 am, do some work, and head back to bed. Not happening anymore! I want to try this working out in the morning thing and see how it goes. Today I am doing my Power 90 Sculpt 1-2 routine.

Update: Wow, what a difference. I don't have that burden of thinking, "I have to workout. I have to workout" bugging me all day long. I get it over and the feeling is AMAZING. I feel energized, refreshed, productive, and ready for the day.

I ate as normal today. Healthy and simple meals today. Nothing heavy.
