Health & Fitness - Good Intentions, Bad Results

After yesterdays fiasco of Mr. 17 year old walking out of our house to "run away," I had my younger youth copy Mr. 17 year old. My younger had a rough day at school, as he has been having over the past few weeks. He came home and decided to copy Mr. 17 year old and "run away." Of course, I didn't stop him, it was raining out side and everyone knows the rules of the house. You run, we call the police. Unfortunately, that is exactly what I ended up doing. The police came by, I gave them the information and eventually my younger child showed up at an acquaintance's house. They were kind enough to get in contact with us and I picked him up.

As all of this was happening, I was trying to workout. It's almost impossible to workout when you have police at your door, phone calls coming in, people asking questions, and the blazing responsibility of this child on your hands. After I picked him up, I decided to direct all of my anger and fustration into my workout! I was doing Power 90 Sweat 3-4 and jumped higher that I could imagine, lifted my knees to my chest, did jumping jacks faster than ever, kicked higher, and punched harder and fast then I could possibly imagine. Boy did it feel good! All of the fustration and angst left my body and I was in a better mood after I had completed my workout!
