Health and Fitness: Bloated!

Dang, I still feel bloated. Maybe it's all that "healthy" food that I am eating. Maybe it's all the "fat-free" options that I am eating that are causing me to feel bloated. Anyway, I finally lost the 2 pounds that I needed to lose for the week. I was getting a little anxious about whether or not I was going to be able to lose it. It can be challenging when you expect more than the normal amount of weight to be loss.

I did not get a chance to exercise in the morning, but I will be doing so in the afternoon. I was about to exercise and my grandma was sitting on the dining table crying because she felt bad that she caused a few appliances to not function. In reality, it wasn't her fault. Things happen and we would never blame her or make her feel responsible.

Anyway, I did great eating wise. I ate a honey nut cheerios, but the Safeway Select version. Boy oh boy, I found myself a new breakfast cereal. It was absolute heaven. Sweetness, filling, and healthy. This cereal had all that I needed. Right now, it's 4 o'clock and I haven't had lunch. I need to make me something quick before I crash and give in to temptation. Until tomorrow...
