A pretty normal day for me today. The Power90 Sweat 1-2 routine was quite exhausting. I could feel my body ache and burn after a bit. Hey, it's only week two so I can't complain too much.
I ate healthy today. I'm trying to steer away from eating so much tuna all the time. Pretty much every day is a tuna day. Not good when consumed so often. It's just so easy and quick. I'll try harder tomorrow to have something else besides tuna. Tomorrow is a 'No Tuna' day.
