Wow, I actually like doing Sculpt. It's kind of fun! Plus it's shorter! I cannot complain about that! This week, I decided that I needed to add in some extra cardio and I am doing a 30 minute brisk walk/run on the treadmill. It helps me burn off those extra calories that I definately need to lose. I can feel myself jiggle when I'm on the treadmill, which isn't pleasant, but that's ok. It's a little irritating, but before I know it, I'll be all good.
My meals are pretty healthy. They basically remain the same everyday. Honey Nut Cheerios (Generic Safeway Brand) and a yogurt in the morning for breakfast. A quick snack inbetween breakfast and lunch. Then I have two turkey or tuna sandwiches for lunch. A quick snack inbetween lunch and dinner. Finally I either have an "Eat Right" meal and a side salad, or soup and a sandwich.
