Health and Fitness: Switch

Hey, today was actually a great day. I did not follow my normal routine. I was just exhausted this morning and I wanted to rest for an hour. I worked out in the afternoon. I did Power 90 Sweat 1-2 and Ab Ripper 200. It felt so good to move from Ab Ripper 100 to Ab Ripper 200. I could feel my abs aching in pain. I ate well today, but still found some difficulty finding time to eat. It can often be difficult because I get so busy during the day. But I did good!
